We ship via Parcelforce to UK mainland, Northern & Republic of Ireland and internationally (please get in touch for an international shipping quote if not available when placing your order) from Tuesday to Friday. Please allow for dispatch delays to orders made on days when 32 The Guild is closed such as weekends, Mondays and bank holidays. Orders require a signature on receipt.

We do not cover any import duties, taxes or customs charges.

We are not responsible for the duties charged, it is to be paid by the customer. If parcels are refused or not collected due to customs duties, postage charges and abandonment fees will apply.

Returns

Full-priced items: 14 days from receipt or in-store purchase.

Sale & ReGuild items: 7 days from receipt. Non-returnable in-store.

Delivery & Returns 

For full-priced items returned from an online purchase, you will be issued with a full return or exchange. If purchased in-store you will be issued with a credit note or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as fragrance body products, earrings, perishable goods and gift cards.

Please retain a proof of postage in case your parcel is mislaid on its way back to us (it is your responsibility until we receive it). As soon as we receive your return back, we will inspect the order and process the return accordingly.

Please note, refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear back into your bank account.

As a small independent, we have to adhere to a strict return policy.

If an item is returned outside of the returns window it will not be refunded and payment for postage must be made in order for the item to be returned to the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund and an automatic confirmation email will be sent.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Should you wish to exchange an item, please state your request on the returns card and send your item to: 32 Guildhall Rd, Northampton, NN1 1EW, UK. If we have the requested product in stock, we will send out your exchange free of charge for items £300 and above. If the item ordered is below £300, please purchase postage here.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

In-Store Returns

Should you wish to return an item bought in-store, please return the item to us within 14 days of purchase for either an exchange or credit note (refunds are not issued for in-store purchases). Sale items purchased in-store are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. A proof of purchase will be required.

ReGuild Returns

You have 7 days from receipt of purchase to return your online ReGuild order for a refund (online only). Items must be returned in their original ReGuild condition, unworn with tags. In-store ReGuild purchases are non-returnable.

Please send your item to the shop address as stated above with your order invoice, retaining a proof of postage receipt.

Packaging

Whilst orders are always beautifully packaged, in a sustainable bid to re-use and recycle, your parcel may arrive in a previously used 32 The Guild box. Please let us know when ordering, if you'd prefer a fresh box.
